Welcome to Proxprint.com. The Proxprint.com
website is operated by Promotion Xpress DBA Akido Printing, Inc. (referred
to throughout this website as "Proxprint"). Please take a few minutes to review
these Terms and Conditions. Your use of this website constitutes your
agreement to follow these rules and to be bound by them. In addition, when you
use any current or further Proxprint service or visit or purchase from any
business affiliated with Proxprint, whether or not included in the Proxprint
website, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable
to such services or business.
PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
All prices and amounts shown on this Site are in U.S.
Dollars (USD), unless otherwise noted. If a user submits an order on this site, the
user agrees that all charges, including printing, mailing services, taxes, and shipping
fees, will automatically be charged to the credit card or paid by user with an approved
payment method. FULL PAYMENT must be received to begin process. No work will
proceed until payment is received.
Once your order has been verified, the order is final
unless no production has been process there will be a $25 service fee for any cancellation.
Cancellation must be submitted in writing by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or fax 510-357-2088.
We reserve the right to change prices
on the site at anytime. While we make our best efforts to
keep our site up to date, from time to time actual market
conditions may change the price of a product.
Proxprint is required by
law to collect all applicable sales taxes on purchases shipped
to California. For orders shipped to California or picked up
in California, tax is calculated based on the printing product
If you are exempt from sales tax, please fax a copy of your tax-exempt certificate
to 510-357-2088. After receiving your certificate, we will send you a confirmation email.
Our prepress department checks most artwork files before printing,
but user is still 100% responsible for the accuracy of you uploaded print-ready artwork files.
We make proofing simple and flexible so user can preview designs after uploading. To insure accurate production of your order, please proofread all layouts carefully. All artworks
must be approved by user before production begins. User is also 100% responsible for complying
with current mailing restrictions for backside layouts. Check with your local post office.
Proxprint.com will reproduce color from submitted transparencies, slides, photos, or digital
layouts as closely as possible, but cannot exactly match color and density because of limitations
in the printing process, as well as neighboring image ink requirements. The accuracy of each color
reproduction is guaranteed to be within 85-90% of the original image user submitted. We accept no
responsibility color variation between submitted images and the actual artwork or product they
represent. We have the final judgment as to what accuracy range is possible to match the color proof.
All content included on this site, such
as graphics, logos, text button icons, images, audio clips,
digital downloads, data compilations and software is property
of Proxprint.com. Any transmission, reproduction or
republication of all or part of any document found on this
site is prohibited, unless Proxprint.com or the copyright
owner of the material has granted its prior written consent
to reproduce, retransmit or republish the material. All other
Customer certifies that you own the right to use the image(s)
being reproduced on your postcard or any other printed materials.
Customer will be 100% responsible and hold harmless the printer,
Proxprint.com from any and all loss, cost expense and
damages on any and all manner of claims, demands, actions
and proceedings that may be instituted against the printer
on the grounds alleging that said printing violates any copyright
or any proprietary right of any person.
TURNAROUND & DUE DATE
If you place your order after 3pm Pacific
Standard Time, on weekends or holiday, your turnaround time
will not begin until the next business day.
The estimated due date is based on the turnaround day that you selected and
the time we receive the full payment.
If there is any problem on your artwork(s), we will contact you in 48 hours.
The due date will be postponed based on the date that we received your updated artwork(s). If you requested proof, we will send a proof to you in 12 hours.
The due date will be determined by the date that we received approval notice and
the turnaround day you selected.
24 HOUR RUSH
Monday through Thursday, your order must be
placed and approved by 3pm Pacific Standard Time to qualify
for 24 hour service. For Fridays, Order must be placed and approved
by 10am Pacific Standard Time to qualify for 24 hour service.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the
following business day.
We provide customers six shipping methods to select.
For San Leandro Pick Up, customers can come to pick up orders on the due
date during our window time 4:30pm to 5:30pm. For San Francisco Pick Up
customers can pick up orders Monday through Friday after 8:00pm. WE ONLY DELIVERY
ORDERS TO SAN FRANCISCO WEDNESDAYS, THURSDAYS, AND FRIDAYS. For both pick up
service, there is no fee involved. We also provide customers UPS shipping services.
The shipping fee and delivery time is based on the shipping destination and the services customer
selected. UPS Ground is the cheapest and slowest one, while the UPS Next Day Early AM is the most
expensive one but of course it is the fastest one as well. For all Cargo and Greyhound shipping services,
customers need to pay $20.00 Drop Off Service Fee at the time when submitting orders.
This is only a drop off fee. Freight and insurance fees will be applied and due at pick up. Package must be picked up
within 48 hours after it is ready to pick up. Otherwise, COD fees will be charge to your credit card.
Customer agrees that it will not hold
Proxprint.com accountable for delays in delivery occasioned
by acts of God or other circumstances over which we have no
direct control. Factory shipment or delivery dates are the
best estimates of our suppliers, and in no case shall Proxprint.com
be liable for any consequential or special damages arising
from any delay in delivery. Orders paid by Credit Card will
only be shipped directly to credit card holder's address.
Due to the nature of the product, no returns
can be made. Any claims for defects, damage, or shortages must be made in writing
within 2 business days after receipt of the merchandise. Failure to do so constitutes
an irrevocable acceptance of the order. If job do contains manufacturing
error and/or defects, we would rerun at no charge. We maintain
the right to judge what a manufacturing error or defect is.
Proxprint.com reserves the right to update or modify these
Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage
you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this website.
